Ron Labetich, President
Ron's career spans more than 35 years in the commercial real estate business. He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1976. Ron brings added value to his clients by coupling strategy with implementation.

A former President of Cornish & Carey Commercial, Ron has sold and leased over $300 million of commercial real estate. He has also participated in the development of over 500,000 square feet of commercial properties on the Peninsula, completing over 1,000 commercial real estate deals during his career. Under Ron's direction the Ron Labetich Company has generated over 500 transactions, averaging 40 commercial real estate deals per year.

Ron is active in civic affairs, serves as Second Vice Chair of the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and chairs the Government Affairs Committee.

Both an athlete and sports enthusiast, Ron served more than 25 years as a Division I Pac 10 referee and as a volunteer coach for girl's high school tennis. He currently resides in Los Altos with his wife Marilyn. They are proud parents of two Loyola Marymount University tennis alumni.

Scott O'Brien, Sales and Leasing
Since joining the Ron Labetich Company in 2002, Scott has been involved in over 100 transactions. He has developed key relationships with property and business owners building a knowledge base of the current commercial environment in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.

Scott has worked with his clients to find quality tenants in a tough market environment. He has also helped many business owners find the ideal space for their needs.

He began his commercial real estate career after seven years in the technology industry. Scott's experience in corporate environments has given him strong communication and interpersonal skills. He applies this to a comprehensive and honest approach in his services.

Scott graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1994. He resides in Los Altos with his wife Lara and son Sam.

Ron Gile, Sales and Leasing
A In 1993 Ron joined the Ron Labetich Company Inc. specializing in sales, leasing and client consultation. He entered the commercial real estate business in 1985 after twenty-five years as owner and president of a pipeline construction supply company.

Ron combines his strong work ethic with his considerable experience and knowledge in negotiating difficult transactions. His understanding of the many facets of the commercial real estate market enables him to consummate any type of deal.

A Santa Clara University graduate, Ron played in the 1950 Orange Bowl on the University of Santa Clara Broncos football team defeating “Bear” Bryant's Kentucky Wildcats 21-13. He is very active with the Alumni Association and University Relations.

Ron is a military veteran who served with the European Occupational Forces. He is a longtime San Francisco Peninsula resident and an avid outdoorsman.
